How to Shop this Site…
We’re in a unique situation: Heart of Rock Farm is community-oriented business, not an online store … and we don’t YET offer scheduled farm-stand hours.
But we ARE customer service-and-experience oriented. We prefer to work one-on-one to figure out what products work best (whether herbs, teas or wedding-related items). We enjoy talking about herbs and weddings, and we love building relationships with visitors and customers.
Farm Products

We’re geared toward personalized service and in-person pickup.
(Although we can discuss mailing options if needed.)
SHOPPING STEPS:
1) Send us a quick message about the herbs, flowers or products you’re interested in, and include any questions you have about their uses or properties: HeartOfRockFarm@gmail.com
If you like, please include a phone number so I can call you back. This way we have a conversation about what you need and how you plan to use. This will help identify the quantity that best suits your purpose as well as the form (whole leaves/stems vs. chopped, petals vs. whole flowers, dried vs. fresh, etc.)
2) Next, I’ll give you price details and we’ll finalize the order; then I’ll send you an invoice.
3) We’ll schedule a quick pickup time, or a longer visit if you’re also interested in viewing some of the wedding decor we have for sale.
For payment we accept cash, checks from local established businesses, Venmo, and Paypal.

This is designed to be a fun in-person shopping experience, with a chance to scope out the possibilities before your visit by looking through our catalog.
SHOPPING STEPS:
OPTION 1. Review each category and add items that interest you to your cart. (Don’t pay!)
Open the Cart, then click the green Checkout button at the bottom.
Print the form as a PDF (save it to your computer), then close the cart by clicking the Heart of Rock logo.
Attach the PDF to an email and send it to me at HeartOfRockFarm@gmail.com
This creates the list we’ll use when you visit the farm. There you can check out each item in person before deciding to buy.
In 24 hours you’ll automatically get an Abandoned Cart email. It’s just a reminder of what’s on your shopping list…don’t check out.

Schedule a no-obligation appointment to visit the farm to view and purchase the items that interest you. (If you’re ordering herbs as well, we can combine the two visits.)
