Farm Products
We offer fresh and dried herbs & flowers for a variety of uses, including culinary, medicinal, spiritual/metaphysical, and artistic, as well as customizable herbal teas. These are responsibly farmed or foraged on our 120 year-old homestead and from nearby natural areas where we have an established, respectful relationship with the land. All are harvested with care, positive intentions and respect.

Most of our herbs & flowers are available in dried form with some fresh-cut available, depending on where we are in the harvest season.
We mostly offer smaller amounts for personal use. If you’re looking for a source of bulk herbs, we’d love to have a conversation about what you might need in the future.

We are gradually developing individual profile pages for each herb (check the links) . We’re also (slowly) adding shipping details to each herb so you can order online. Both of these endeavors might take some time to finish! Please reach out if you have questions about the use or properties or availability of a specific herb.
How to order…
We experimented with online ordering but quickly discovered we couldn’t keep inventory data current. Between farmer’s markets, daily harvesting during the season, and spontaneous in-person sales, the inventory fluctuates WILDLY.
So… we’re going back to email and phone ordering. Just send me a list of the items you’re interested in, the approximate quantity, and whether you want to pick up or have it mailed to you. I’ll reply with availability and prices.
Email is HeartOfRockFarm@gmail.com. If you like, please include a phone number so I can call you back. This way we can talk about what you need and how you plan to use it. This will help identify the quantity that will best suit your purpose as well as the form (whole leaves/stems vs. chopped leaves, petals vs. whole flowers, dried vs. fresh, etc.) Alternately, you can just call me at (503) 309-0318.
Once we finalize the order I’ll send an invoice. I’ll arrange shipping, or we’ll schedule a quick pickup time here at the farm. We can plan a longer visit if you’re also interested in viewing some of the wedding decor we have for sale.
For payment we accept cash, checks from local established businesses, Venmo, Paypal and most credit cards. Let’s talk about your preferred payment method before you visit.

How to find us at the farm…

19270 SW Pacific Hwy, Sherwood, OR 97140
We’re located just outside Sherwood — between Sherwood and King City — just across from the Wildlife Sanctuary on 99W.
There are two entrances:
* Main: Look for the black mailbox on 99W with “Hahn” on the side, across from Pick & Pull.
* Back Road: Look for the “Tater Field” sign on 99W next to Home Depot. Follow the gravel road until it splits. Turn left at the little red hay barn and continue to our farm.
If traveling from King City/Tigard, you’ll find us on the opposite side of 99w. Drive past the farm, turn left to cross to the other side, and go back a short distance to reach our driveway.
If traveling from Newberg/Sherwood, you’ll come across our back road first, just past Home Depot on the right. If you pass it you can continue on until you see our mailbox.
