Return Policy

• Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt.

• If an item is received defective and the defect is validated, we will accept the return at no charge.

• For all other returns where payment has been made, we charge a 3.5% Return-to-Stock fee plus the original cost of shipping.

• Please read all descriptions carefully and ask questions — or request additional photos and clarification.

• Shipments lost or damaged in the mail are the responsibility of the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in following up with the carrier.

• For the most part, we only ship herbs and flowers in dried form. We do our best to package them so that they don’t get crushed; however, we cannot guarantee that the postal service will handle your package carefully.

• When purchasing wedding decor and props, please remember most of these items are second‑hand and likely to show pre‑loved wear. That condition is part of their charm and not necessarily a defect.

• As always, we prefer in-person shopping so you can determine first-hand in the items is actually right for you; but we do offer shipping where that isn’t an option. Shop second hand remotely at your own risk!
